Individual Therapy
Mental health disorders, while unfortunately increasingly frequent and common on the one hand, fortunately are increasingly being recognised and identified as such on the other hand, too. According to current figures from the WHO (as of August 2025), more than a billion people worldwide suffer from mental health disorders, resulting in global economic losses of approximately $ 1 trillion - not even to mention the personal suffering of those affected, which of course outweighs any economic aspects by far. Mental health problems, e.g. in the aftermath of significant life changes, are even many times higher. Therapy can help you recover from mental disorders or problems and mobilise your inner resources to overcome emotional hardships - both acute and long-standing. Therapeutic support can also make the decisive difference for you in order to even stronger emerge from crises, no matter how insurmountable the may seem at first.

Procedure:
In our first consultations we’ll become acquainted with each other. We’ll exchange all information necessary, you’ll share your concerns and we’ll set the course for the therapeutic work. Depending on your needs, even a small, yet possibly high-frequent number of sessions may sufficiently help you, or we may plan a longer-term therapy for you. I will make suggestions as to number and frequency of sessions, as well as types of treatment, and then the decision is yours.
To be fully transparent: in cases of severe mental illnesses (e.g. schizophrenia) or if prescription medication is required, that is where my competence ends. It is then imperative for medical specialists to be consulted. However, given your consent, I will be happy to coordinate my work with those doctors in order to continue the therapy with you.
